What is your cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise noted in our treatment plan, there is a $60 fee for cancellations 24 hours before the appointment or the option to reschedule in the same week without a cancellation fee.
What insurance do you take?
Currently, we do not take any insurance. There are several reasons for this, primary of which is the core belief that together with our clients, WE determine appropriate treatment, frequency of sessions, and approach to wellness, not insurance companies. All insurance claims require diagnoses and release of clinical information to prove medical necessity for therapeutic services, which violate our approach to therapy, mental wellness, and your privacy. Lastly, working with insurance companies take up a lot of administrative hours and support service fees that we would rather dedicate to ensuring quality services to you and our communities. In accordance with our values, however, we are working towards being able to take clients with Medicaid and/or Victim Compensation in the future.
How do I qualify for sliding scale?
We will review your current income and financial stressors. We prioritize students, BIPOC, and those on SSDI.
Is your office accessible?
Yes it is! The accessible entrance is currently through the parking garage - 2nd floor. There are renovation plans for the lobby in the works to build in a ramp for the first floor. Hopefully this renovation will begin soon!
Are there gender neutral bathrooms in your office building?
Yes! There are gender neutral bathrooms on the 6th floor of our building.
