Organizational Therapy offers services to individuals, subsystems, and organization as a whole through empathy and relationship-centered leadership coaching, team workshops, trauma-responsive relational repair, and all-staff learning sessions.

What is included in Organizational Therapy?

  • Assessment

    Evaluation of the org as a whole to identify superpowers, pain points, opportunities for growth, and other needs. May include policy and procedures review, focus groups, survey, and interviews.

  • Individual Coaching

    Leadership coaching and other relational coaching for individuals within the organization. Service offered from an anti-oppressive and culturally-responsive lens.

  • Subsystem Workshops

    Facilitation of workshops intended to generate ideas, cultivate connection, and build a sense of collective purpose for subsystems, such as individual department or team, leadership, board, etc.

  • All-Staff Learning & Care

    Trainings and activities for all staff to build a sustainable organization rooted in trauma-responsive and liberatory practices. May include lecture videos, in-person learning sessions, and all-day experiences.
